We repair an air charge cooler (air to air) that had been scrapped because of a small hole in the aluminum. Many trucking companies scraps identical parts daily for the same reason.

Replacement costs run from $500 to $2500, but the repair can be made with just a few cents worth of Super Alloy 5 and a propane torch. Follow the procedure in the video to get the best results.
